What happens during a Kinesiology session?
When you arrive, we will sit and have a chat about why you are here to see me. Once that is established, we will set a goal or intention to work on during the session. You will then lie on the massage table and I will start the Kinesiology balance. I use muscle testing feedback to ‘speak’ to your body and find out what your body needs in that moment in time. Once the balance is complete, I will write up any awareness or follow up that will benefit you, for you to take home.
What can I expect after a Kinesiology session?
There is no right or wrong way to feel after a balance and also no one specific feeling for everyone. Some people might feel elated and have abundant energy, others could feel flat and emotional. Tears are often shed during or after a balance as we are clearing the body of what no longer serves it and one of the best ways to release these things may be through crying. This is not to say every balance will an emotional rollercoaster, depending on what you have come to work on will depend on how you might feel. Another amazing feeling people get is that “A-HA” moment, when things suddenly fall into place. Where previously, you may have been frustrated or confused, you now have complete clarity and control. As every person is different, so is every balance.
How many sessions will I need?
Again, this depends on the individual and their goal. Some people might feel one balance is enough for them, others may want to come back regularly. Especially if a certain goal is large or complex, this may require a few balances to clear all the blockages. There are also clients who like to come back a couple of times a year, “just for a tune up”. You don’t always have to have something major or specific to work on.
What should I wear for my session?
Loose comfortable clothing is best as we will often be muscle testing different limbs, so pants are favoured over skirts.

Cancellations: 24 hours notice is required, in instances where this is not provided, a 50% fee will be charged. With adequate notice, I am able to see other clients in need, please be respectful of my time and others.

Absolutely! It is a legal requirement to maintain confidential client records, all information is stored in a secure manner.
